BizForge
Software for home service businesses with 1 to 15 people.
Software and ads for six clients
I build software and run ads for clients. BizForge and Caestro are the two I'm building for myself.
Approach
Every system here lets AI do real work and stops it at the same line: nothing reaches a customer, and no money moves, without a person pressing the button. That is not a setting somebody could switch off on a bad Tuesday. It is where the code puts the wall.
A CRM I built for a client refuses to start against a database it does not expect. Borrowed credentials, example secrets and insecure origins stop it dead. Software that runs in a state nobody intended is worse than software that will not run.
One database to back up, one thing to deploy, background work in the same process. For teams this size, an architecture that fits in one person's head is worth more than one that would scale to a thousand users it will never have.
This site serves every byte from its own origin under
default-src 'self' — no external scripts, fonts,
styles or trackers. The same discipline the client work is held
to.
I'm Gaige Roberson. I started Forge Management in 2024 without knowing what to build. So I asked small businesses what they needed and got them to pay me to build it.
I've worked on Forge full time since August 2026. Since then Forge has grown to six clients: I built custom software for three and run ads for four. One does both. Each project takes weeks or months to deliver, which is why it's six and not more.
Along the way I had my own ideas: BizForge and Caestro. We have beta testers, and there's still a lot left to build.
Before and alongside Forge, I sold.
I direct AI agents to write and test the code. I design the product and check the work.
